Oculus Rift’s Developer Kit 2 is a 2nd generation, affordable head mounted display VR system used by developers to test their applications. It has been replaced by the Oculus Rift consumer edition.
Why this device?
This was our first Virtual Reality head mounted display and started the current VR explosion. It aids in development of webVR and other VR applications.
